Welcome to Happy Hands Auto Spa. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Happy Hands Auto Spa provides mobile automotive detailing services in Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta metro area. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service at our discretion.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, and cash. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Happy Hands Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left inside the vehicle. We take reasonable care with all vehicles; however, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, fragile components, or undisclosed vehicle defects.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge, subject to a reasonable inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Hands Auto Spa's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
